I see thank you zonk, I will try that next time normally I just close my eyes a try to visualize a fairly basic room and go from there. Starting Astral Projection
So does anyone here have any tips for when starting Astral Projection? The only astral experience I can remember was unintentional, am not sure how it was done at all.
