Basically, learn to experience your feelings without latching on to them, and then let them pass through so you dont expend a lot of energy that become counter productive in a sense? I haven't been listening to music because I'm super sensitive its its vibration so I cant contribute to this list lol I love hard rock and metal but sometimes I feel them being sad or super angry so I cant listen and enjoy the music how I used to lol >.< but I will still check these out.
