Basically, learn to experience your feelings without latching on to them, and then let them pass through so you dont expend a lot of energy that become counter productive in a sense? Thank you Eilana, I've been trying to learn how to use my third eye, since it doesnt make much sense to have it open and activated but not learn how to use it with good results.

I haven't been listening to music because I'm super sensitive its its vibration so I cant contribute to this list lol I love hard rock and metal but sometimes I feel them being sad or super angry so I cant listen and enjoy the music how I used to lol >.< but I will still check these out.
