Yes I do daily exercises using both visualization and meditation. I also like to stand before the rising sun with my eyes closed, it bathes me in a wonderful golden darkness.

I commend your sense of direction and balance.
If I keep my eyes shut and don't actively direct my thoughts, I get kaleidoscopic full colour pattens and images. So if I tried to walk round blindfolded I would end up crumpled on the floor, probably in pain
