Private Messaging help

Can anyone tell me if the PM is functioning? I'd like to send a message but it's sitting in my outbox and I'm not sure if it's something I've done wrong or the PM is still not working. My thanks

When this happens, it usually means that the other person's inbox is full and they will get a message asking them to delete an older message to make room for the new one.

The message in the outbox here just means the person has not opened or read the PM yet. It's nothing to worry about. ^^
