Lol I checked it out... wasn’t really a fan. I just wish satanic things don’t have to be viewed as “evil”. 1/5 bags of popcorn.
“I summon the one with the horns and the fire
as I throw myself right into the dark. I open the doors to the other side,
where everything is so old
I'm leaving this world and I enter the void
where the shadows forever reign.”

Ahhh the original one was my childhood. On a side note, whenever I see characters perform blood magick by slicing across their palms i just cringe.

Reminded me too much of the low budget horror movies of the 80s. But then I’m not really a fan of remakes anyway.

Unpopular opinion: I kinda really liked it. Granted, I liked it less towards the end of season 1 as it got a bit heavy-handed with its social justice bits, and they absolutely ripped the Baphomet statue from TST. If I watched it again, I'm sure I'd have a lot of eye-roll, but....y'all, those "Order of the Innocents" witch hunting Mormon-looking kids from Pleasantville were hilarious.
