What herbs or methods do any of you use to help in dreaming?

Please and thanks for any advice.

What about dreaming are you looking to learn more about? Your question isn't clear. Dreaming itself isn't something that you control, it's a natural process. Developing better dream recall or learning to lucid/astral dream is something else.

Big assumption here but I'm guessing you mean to help with travelling while dreaming.

I use a blend of mugwort, wormwood, cat mint and honey. The honey basically takes away the bitter taste. I grow my own so just cut when required from the garden.

But there are many out there and a quick google search will bring up pages and pages of herbs - you will also find these herbs under "smokeable herbs", and no I mean legal smokeable herbs ( I'm in UK)
