April 9th- Chakras and Keeping them Healthy

Introduction


Today we will be discussing the importance of keeping energies clear within our chakras and why it needs to become a daily routine. One way to look at chakra health is seeing it like a shower. We shower to clean and cleanse our external body, so for us cleaning and maintaining our chakra health this is the same premise. Within our energetic bodies’ energy can build up, rips or blocks can occur, as well as damage in the chakras themselves. Therefore, having a daily ritual that incorporates a cleansing routine will nourish the health of our chakras and keep the energies flowing and open.

There are seven known primary chakras, and they are the main ones however there are many higher, lower and micro chakras that exist beyond the seven. We can become aware of the micro chakras throughout the body for instance if you try to move energy through the hands and you feel pain and it feels blocked it’s probably due to our chakras in the hands being blocked. Good chakra health is not just about energies and how they move through the seven chakras, but about the full body and energy moving throughout it.

Symptoms of Chakra Blocks

There are many ways that the energies in the chakras can get blocked and they can manifest in different areas depending on which chakra is obstructed it will manifest in different ways. For example if the third eye is blocked your psychic abilities will fizzle out, if your crown chakra is blocked you will likely feel hopeless, down, out of sorts, or not connected. If you had a day where you woke up and felt off it’s likely because your crown chakra is disconnected, blocked or the energy is not flowing through it.

The throat chakra revolves around communication so if you have days where you feel you can’t communicate, get your message out or what you say keeps getting misconstrued it may have to do with a blocked throat chakra. This means that the energies may be stuck or stagnate. Akelta has often seen an energetic vice around the throat chakra of people when she is doing healing work on them; which often stems with the expectation to conform in society.

If the heart chakra becomes blocked it can make you feel horrible. When energies of love flow through us it expands and opens us up as well as connects us to things. One of the worst things you can do to someone is to break or restrict the energy flow to the heart chakra as it will create a mess. Additionally, if the energy is off in your solar plexus, you’ll feel like you can’t function, like you don’t have a voice, or you won’t feel confident.

The sacral chakra has a lot to do with emotions so a lot of intense feelings can come up if it’s blocked. If the root chakra is blocked, you can feel like you have no connection to this world- people many times will state they don’t care if they are alive and it’s often due to a disconnect to this world. Therefore, having a good chakra health is important not just for your psychic practice but also our physical reality from our ability to speak or take action to stepping into our power. All these things come from the energies moving freely through us.

Often chakra damage occurs over our lifetime due to things like neglect if we are not paying attention to our energies. Certain beliefs can cause damage to our chakras as well as certain actions we take or even interacting with people that are harmful, or upsetting can damage our chakras. To go back to our shower example, we do so because when we go out in the world there is dust, pollution, grime, dirt, that interacts with us or we can even slip and land in something so if we clean ourselves up and have daily maintenance, we can keep ourselves clean and healthy. This is the same concept internally with our chakras and the more of a routine this becomes the easier it is to maintain their health. If we brush our hair everyday any knots will be manageable, however if we don’t do it regularly, we may get a huge matte that a hairdresser then has to work hard to have to get out or even cut out. With chakras we have to upkeep the energies and if we have a routine daily, we can keep our chakras in an incredible healthy state on our own.

How to Keep our Chakras Healthy?

First become aware of your energy field by doing so you can notice many different blocks and things going on within you. The best way to start keeping them healthy is by running energy through them.

To do that we can start by:

• Focusing on our crown chakra
• Visualizing energy and moving it into the crown chakra
• Move it down into the other individual chakras (third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, root)
• As you run the energies through it you want to see how they feel. Ask yourself do you feel any pressure?
Any pain? Any blocks? Can you move the energies?

Someone with really blocked chakras can’t move the energies because the chakra is completely closed.

Depending on what your condition is the best way to approach it is to start moving energy through them. Moving any energy through our chakras helps and can allow us to begin chipping away at any blocks. Additionally, you can go to energy healers that can help get the chakras open, you can have work done on them to remove blocks and open the energy flow. After doing something like that then making sure every day that you run energy through them will help keep them healthy and open in an optimal state.

Can you do this as a beginner?

Anyone can do this. It comes down to practice working with these energies. You want to cleanse your energies and refresh yourself to keep yourself in the best state. Visualizing can help strengthen your abilities and help you with working with energies making it quite powerful. Working at visualizing energy moving through your chakras can help you connect to the energies and help you to sense and connect with things. In general, it can also help you grow your abilities.

What energies to use?

It depends on the individual. If you are a beginner Akelta recommends using white energy as it’s generic and universal, it is a healing energy so it’s fairly harmless. Some people like to use black energy, or gold energy. The ideal is to use a color you feel connected with since all of our auras have different strands of energy. We have many different types of energies within us, so it comes down to figuring out what resonates strongly within ourselves. Therefore, pick a color you like or connect with and then visualize that color flowing into your chakras.

How can you tell which color is best for you?

A discord member mentioned feeling the desire to pick grey but not sure if it is a good choice. Akelta mentioned the wording as interesting because it shows how there can be prejudice on what is supposed to be a good choice. For instance, in this case why wouldn’t grey be a good choice? It has its own vibrational frequency, and it does different things. A bad color is a foreign entity or energy but when it’s an energy that is aligned with you it can’t be bad as a color. It may be bad for someone else, but if that’s the one you connect with best that’s what you should go with as that is what’s most aligned with you.

When Akelta is looking at someone and analyzing them a color that would be bad for one person may be natural for another. Everyone is unique and individual, so don’t judge the color but go for what feels best for you. Experiment with different colors you can try different ones during different sessions.

How do you run the energy through it?

To run energy, you would visualize and connect to the energies that you selected then you would pull it into the chakra (visualize the chakra). See the energy moving through the chakra, which often from that we will then begin to feel it as we start to connect to it. In this visualization exercise you are using the power of your mind to direct the energies. When you visualize you are using the power of your mind to pull it in and work with it.

You can choose to start from top to bottom or ground up for your chakras or you can do both. If you go from the top of your chakras you will be connecting to divine or dark divine energies. If you’re coming from the bottom you’ll be connecting with earth or otherworldly energies, so it depends on what you choose. Akelta likes to run dark divine energy from the top and then run dark energy from the earth and then she lets it mix in her heart chakra. Therefore, there will be a connection to the physical world and the spiritual world, and as the heart is the chakra that intersects the spiritual and physical world you are getting a deeper connection. Both methods can be very beneficial.

When you are pulling energies up from the earth you are connecting to nourishing energies as you are connecting to your root, it can also connect to your ancestry. It can help ground you into this world and to help you feel connected, integrated, confident, powerful, and to feel your core strength underneath you. From the energies above you can feel inspiration, guidance, empowerment, knowing your purpose, being able to connect to your spiritual companions or higher self. There are many different energies that can influence us in different ways. They all will be beneficial, so it’s best to experiment and see which one will resonate most for you.

Is the dark self the same as the shadow self?

No, the dark self is the dark essence of who you are, and the shadow self is usually repressed facets or what society deems wrong with you. The dark self is not good or bad, there are dark frequencies and light frequencies. There are sides of ourselves that are connected to light and other parts connected to dark frequencies. The dark self is connected to types of dark energies that resonate with you and what encompasses your dark energies.

Spinning Chakras

As you connect you will probably feel the chakra spinning naturally. If spinning feels uncomfortable it means, it’s spinning in the wrong direction or that there is an obstruction in the chakra that needs to be cleared. If it’s spinning and it feels comfortable at times we can get lost in it, which can be an incredible meditation to sit with your chakras and feel the energies spinning. This can also help strengthen the chakra and the energy that moves throughout it.

Chakra Spinning Directions

There is a standard spinning method. Humans are an energetic machine, so we have frameworks that our bodies generally follow. However, Akelta finds if she says something is absolute something will appear to prove it wrong, so she won’t say there aren’t other possibilities. For the most part Akelta sees that people’s chakras have a supposed direction of spinning. When it spins in an opposite direction it can lead to problems and energy blocks. However, if it is spinning and not leading to those blocks it’s likely fine.

Chakras spinning often is based off the human body, as it requires different vibrations, frequencies and energies to function. It’s based on our biorhythms. This also leads to a complicated topic of ‘who we are’. There is the human layer which are the physical chakras even though the heart, throat, third eye and crown are technically not physical they are still aligned and integrated with the human body. When you are more in the spiritual realm it will be different but if you work on the human body there are laws and rules that are being followed. It depends on the layer and energies you are connecting to. For the health of the physical body there is a spinning structure due to it being tied into our cellular structure.

Rips and Damages to Chakras


When you begin to visualize energies in your crown chakra then in your third eye, throat and so on you may notice different sensations within them. If it’s blocked, you’ll be able to tell as you’ll have trouble visualizing and feeling the connection. Doing these exercises, it’ll allow you to start feeling the damage and the blocks to pinpoint where in the body it is. If you can’t feel the chakra at all it’s often due to a massive rip existing in the chakra and the energy is pouring out of it. If that is the case it would be crucial to get the rip repaired.

Akelta in her work has even seen chakras that were obliterated, or in pieces so in those situations they have to be reassembled. Another possibility of damage occurring can be due to astral parasite since they can get in and rip its way into the chakra causing rips. Another way to get chakra damage is from working with different energies, or someone can curse you and send energy spikes that can rip through the chakras. Other causes can be from self-harm if we are thinking really negative thoughts about ourselves, which can damage our chakras that way. There are many ways for damages to occur.

Can you use binaural beats to heal?

Akelta doesn’t personally use binaural beats or music for this type of cleansing exercise but you can. There is no harm in experimenting with different sounds or music as they can help to keep ourselves and our chakras healthy. Experiment with the energies and different techniques. It’s like showering each person has a different technique or preference to get clean some like hot water, some like cold water, people like different soaps and so on. Chakra health is also a very personal and individual thing based on oneself.

Options When it’s Hard to Visualize Chakras?

If it’s difficult to visualize the chakras see if you can feel them spinning instead. Focus on the energies as you feel them spin and state your intent to pull healing energies down from the spiritual world into your chakras. You can also meditate. Some of the strongest meditation practices is learning to sit and do nothing as that is when things come up to heal. It allows you to see exactly what is going on inside your body. When we try to do nothing, our body is going to tell us everything all at once.

Exercises:

Just allowing things to come up and releasing them is a good practice for chakra health. If you feel pressure in any part of your body, you can send love energy to it and stating the intent to direct love energy to them can help.

Being present with yourself can be challenging but it can be very healing for your chakras, you want to experiment with them. Even just sitting still for 10 mins a day and breathing deeply can help the chakras to clear blocks because you are relaxing, so it helps your energies unwind and open up- spread your energies. Breath is connected to your physical body and your energy, so it also helps to clear blocks.

The best way to learn how to feel your energy is by making energy balls and playing with those energies.
To do so:

• Hold your palms a few inches apart.
• Focus on energy between them- you will begin to feel vibrations between them.
• When you start to connect to the energies you want to begin turning it into a ball. That will help you begin
feeling the energies.

Rubbing hands and moving palms away from each other is another way to connect to the energy. When you pull your hands apart see if you can keep them suspended and at a certain point direct the energy between them and play with it.

Maintaining Minor Chakra Health?

One thing Akelta really likes to do is run energy currents up and down her arms, legs, and really all of her body allowing the energy to flow especially to assist the maintenance of minor chakras too.

Other ways to help focus on the micro chakra health is by:

• Going out in nature with bare feet since the energy will move through you.
It’s good for all the chakras in general.
• Going swimming in a natural water source is great for chakra health.
• Sitting on moss
• Holding crystals with both hands
• Even just putting palms on grass or rocks can help move energy toxins out of body.

Crystals

When it comes to working and maintenance of crystals if you don’t know how to clean a certain crystal, it’s best to look it up. Be careful with some crystals as there are some types like Selenite, Fluorite, Pyrite and others that when placed in water can dissolve. There are also some crystals that shouldn’t be placed in direct sunlight as it’ll lose its color. Akelta also doesn’t recommend drinking water with crystals in it.

Another caveat is that some crystals also don’t do well with salt for cleansing like malachite because it’s copper or hematite because it contains iron, therefore it’s good to do research beforehand. Akelta likes water for most of them or moonlight cleanses for others. There are also ways to bury them in soil to cleanse or use smudging, fire cleansing (need to be careful with this one but many volcanic ones like this).

What to do if don't have a nearby practitioner to heal chakras?

If there is no practitioner in your area that you can trust to help with chakra healing you can just run energies through them yourself. Meditation and running energies are the best way to manage them because you’re in control of it and thus learning about yourself in the process. It’s best to just practice with it and work with the energies. You can even do these exercises with companions and ask for help in moving the energies through chakras as you meditate with them.

Demon Chakra Systems

Demons have a very complex chakra system as they are spiritual beings. As a human we have a very specific chakra system. If we were to look at ourselves as spiritual beings, we would see that we also have a very complex system. There are so many different facets and layers of this which we can look at and explore. To learn all these complex layers we first need to understand the base levels. To do this you would examine yourself as a human and start in a grounded place and understand what’s going on within that system first. Then from there you can notice the other energies within you connecting to different regions or for example to your higher self, higher/lower chakras, and so on. Doing so allows us to understand what goes on within that system because if you have grounded points where you know things are stable it becomes easier to explore the other different layers.

Demon companions have a similar chakra system to us, but at the same time have a very complex system in comparison to us. They are multi-spiritual beings that encompass many different layers and aspects whereas us being in a physical body makes us focused within the physical itself and what’s going on here. When we are connecting with them, we are connecting to the aspects that are similar to our physical body to make a connection. Our demon companions on the other hand have multi-spiritual, dimensional layers and we have a grounding point so it helps to create a bridge between us.

One on One with Companions or Multiple in a Session?

Akelta prefers one on one when starting out working with companions. The most companions Akelta has communicated with at one time was twenty-two and that was a journey. One on one can make it easier to focus since you can put your attention on one specific individual and their energies. However, you can add in a couple more once you can figure out who is who.

How to connect with companions?

• One way is by working with your third eye and focusing.
• Sitting with yourself just being calm and present. In that state simply allow the energies to
flow, which will help you to begin to hear and connect with companions. When you are still it can help you
get through your mental clutter.
• As you listen you can begin to differentiate between the different voices and begin to attune yourself to
your companions’ voices.

Another exercise to connect is in the morning to spend 10-20 minutes to just communicate with them and see what they say. Once you do that you want to journal it afterwards because your brain waves are in a different frequency during that early dream like state so if you don’t write it down you will likely forget within 30 mins of getting up. This is why many people have a hard time remembering their dreams because our waking brain is very different from the state of our dreaming brain.

When you wake up that is the best time to communicate with spirit companions because you are still technically in the dream world. As you come out of that to the waking world your brain waves are shifting, and you can enter a point where you can hear your companions clearer. Just have fun with it and if you stop hearing your companions just laugh. Laughing opens up the energies and can help take the pressure off. If we try too hard sometimes our stress levels go up and that will shut off our senses as well. We want to relax and enjoy it and remember that we have lots of time to connect with them. We can set a routine or specific time and we can always try again. When working on connecting with our companions go with what works for you and what system works best for you.

Dreamwork

To improve her skills in dreamwork Akelta trained herself to wake up on command without an alarm clock. The way she went about this is the night before she would state the intent, “I’m going to wake up at this time”. In the beginning as we try to do this we may not wake up at that exact time, so we don’t have to worry about it being perfect. You can also ask your companions to help wake you up or to help you remember. However, as soon as you wake up you want to have a journal nearby that you can grab to write out your dreams.

By writing out your dreams you are:

• Still in a state where you can remember your dreams in order to write it out.
• As you write it is okay if you can’t remember it all just write what you can. Overtime your recall will
improve.
• Through writing you are making a connection between the dreaming part of your mind and the
processing part which makes it easier to recall.

Writing is a very powerful tool and is one Akelta loves. She journals after every exercise because writing builds connections between your hand (physical), brain and different parts of your brain. It helps to integrate and connect the energies to us.

Handwriting or typing?

Akelta likes to hand write but it doesn’t matter. It depends on your preference. Typing is fine as long as you have it noted down. You can even draw a picture if you remember what the picture means, it’s a great way to capture the moment.

Keeping up with Psychic Senses Routines

If routines are hard to keep up Akelta says just start with 1 to 5 minutes a day. When you get up you can just meditate or breath for a minute and focusing on it. Spend a minute just trying to talk to your companion it doesn’t have to nor should it be a lot. It shouldn’t interfere with our physical life routines and shouldn’t interfere with it.

It’s not the duration that’s important but the consistency. The more consistent you are with a routine the stronger it will be. If you do an exercise a minute every day it will be more beneficial than doing three hours sporadically now and then. It starts with just a minute- pick something that you will enjoy. Every spiritual practice that Akelta does she enjoys and loves to do because she finds it fun. She doesn’t force herself she just does it because she wants to. You don’t have to invest a lot of time. For example, you can do 15 mins consistently and from there you can get to a point where you can hear your companions and can have conversations throughout the day. Doing this will really help grow your psychic gifts.

Setting Time for Enn Chants?

A discord member mentioned trying to say their companions enn for 20 mins as a routine but sometimes felt too exhausted. Akelta said it’s all about consistency if you can’t do it for 20 mins try for 108 repetitions if that’s a lot try 10 or 8 repetitions instead. Or say the enn once or a couple times strongly and connect with it. It comes down to consistency it’s usually better to maintain a consistent amount of time, but if you can’t do what you can. Just make sure to do it daily as that will build on itself.

Enn exercise

One exercise that we can do to connect to our companion’s energy better is to chant our companions enn within each chakra.

The way to do this is chant the enn and envision the crown chakra and then envision the enn within it. Then you move down to the third eye and chant the enn visualizing it in that chakra and continue down till the root chakra. That will help you connect to your companion and help you vibrationally attune to them.

If you focus on the words entering the chakra that would be more of a clairvoyant technique and if you focus on the feeling of the enn entering the chakra it would be more of a clairsentience technique. Both would work it again depends on what’s easier/best for you. We can vibrate different sound levels too and feel them. We can find different vibrations for the enn for various chakras.

Astral Projection (AP)?

To learn how to astral project it takes time and work. If as one member described their vision is going black and finding it hard to breath when doing AP exercises, it’s generally normal. What you want to do when practicing AP is to practice focusing too. You want to train your focusing and remind yourself that it is natural.

When Akelta cleaned out all of her husband’s chakras recently they found that he was able to AP after. They first started working through the chakras from the crown and once they got to the root there was a big block that once it was cleared her husband was able to spontaneously AP and has been able to ever since. In order to AP, it’s important to have your energies clear and to be sure you are able to focus.

Unsure about Psychic Skills Progress Levels

Don’t say “I’m making progress but”. When we say ‘but’ we negate our wins. So many people sabotage themselves because they have a perception of how spiritual companionship and communication is supposed to be. We want to celebrate our progress no matter how big or small. If you feel like you are making progress, then you are making progress and something to get excited about.

Often people have expectations that their companion will appear before them and will begin to start talking like physical people. We can work up to that, but it doesn’t always start that way especially not in the beginning.

For most people it’s about first learning the foundation of communicating through exercises:

• How to hear ‘yes or no’ and doing those exercises to know what that feels or sounds like
• Once you’ve gotten to a comfortable place moving to hearing 3 word sentences
• Then onto hearing longer sentences
• Then finally to having full blown conversations with companions. It’s about building up to it.
