This was a random activity in shout box that was done, a few people asked for notes since it contained the exercises so posting them here

Akelta « Thu Jun 08, 2017 10:32 pm »   one is the mind ability to translate the energies. The third eye is a sense, just like eyes ears ect. Stimulus comes in through those sense and is translated by the brain... with the psychic sense iii s not imperative for our survival so we don't develop it. One of the hardest parts of developing it is that initial foundation of translating the energies. That is where a lot of people get stuck at and have to over come.
