We're all just trying to do the best we can with the resources and opportunities available to us. It's so easy to forget that and turn the disappointment and frustration of life towards ourselves. It takes a lot of work to reprogram our emotional and behavioral issues. The only thing that works for me, is to repeatedly remind myself that love, happiness and respect start within. If you don't give yourself these things, nobody else will either.
