This Angel Lost Its Way

I'm a product of the heavens
My essence is divine
Just standing in my presence
Will open up your mind
Some would say that I am fallen
While still praying to my kind
I would say that I am cursed
With a thirst, that'll outlive time
So many people living blind
Bound to search but never find
Unaligned with their higher self
Missing every sign
No matter what I say
Advice gets tossed away
No more hope to pray
This angel lost its way
