Yeah, that was one of them I looked at...
My GF said it came out about two weeks before she graduated
Looked at video from '72, and he sounds better than he does now, but he looks about the same. :devilshock:

It did bring up another one that I had forgotten about...

How you think it's going to be after graduation...
At least until Corporate America comes looking for you.

LMAO! I had a good laugh over this. I love the intro! (Though the ending was pretty messed up. I guess that was the prevailing attitude at the time.)

I'm not truly the "corporate" type . . . As Lilith is my goddess, I am more of a "Hex the Patriarchy" type. lol

The bad thing about looking for a song from the 70's is that it takes a while to find a recording that actually sounds good. The quality in the old stuff is lousy, and with the later recordings...
Well... Let's just say that Stevie is showing her age.

Then again, after living with a musician for 32 years, I might be a little pickier than most.
I remember going to see her ex-husband's band play one time, and she was complaining that he was playing sour notes just to irritate her.
Jay would do that, so I didn't think too much about it. I just figured it was something only a musician would notice...
Years later, after both of them were dead so I couldn't ask, it occurred to me...
Jay played bass guitar.
How do you play sour notes on a bass?

Talking about going back some time . . . we can go back further . . . say about 20 years further
