				I love Tchaikovski   He does not usually spring to mind when one thinks of music to dance to, but...an experiment to try, should anyone feel like it. Clear a space in your living room, or wherever you have your stereo. (I'm just assuming you have one

(I'm just assuming you have one   ) kick off your shoes, do the things you do before you meditate. Focus on your breathing, clear your mind, going into light trance is ideal, then put on Tchaikovski's "Arabian Dance" and let your body move however it wants to move. This is a exercise for body and spirit, let your mind take a nap.
