Well the name shown to me I believe is loix . I looked up loix and it seems to be a french location or something to do with french law.? We learn something everyday

I couldn't really read it(my clairvoyance isn't that great) but I heard something that sounded like alash de masque or something like that. I figure the masque part is self explanatory and according to wikipedia alash either refers to Kazakstan, the medieval kazacks, or a type of throat singing

This doesn't sound like a name and I'm not sure I did it right...
