Here is another video of shifting practice. You can see the slit clearly at points, and I was able to hold it for a second or two. I find I've improved a bit. ^^

Now with the new awesome demon companions you added to your spiritual family ,you certainly will get some more insight on how to make the biokinesis effects stronger for sure .Practice makes perfect .In this video the split is now sharper in shape than the split in the previous one .Good progress

I decided to try using ambient energy to power the shifting. The results are a more physical shift that is stronger and more noticible.

Getting better and better every single practice.Good job kitsune go on with your practice you are doing great.

I was practicing in my room today using my new technique, and was able to get the shift to hold long enough for the pupil to change completely. It went back and forth, as I could not hold it long enough to stay when my gaze moved. Other than that, progress has been great.
