Yeah I always wonder about that too. I have heard some sellers mention that they were abandoned and lived in a sanctuary or that they do have parents and they pop in and check up on them and are still a part of their lives. Personally, I think sellers that sell them should know what the situation is and tell you. I think they should have the parents permission before they bind them, or the permission of whomever is looking after them. I hope they're not going around binding baby spirits randomly.
