Focusing, Focusing, Focusing


Introduction

Today we will be discussing the practice of focus and the different strategies to do so as well as a look at some of the benefits. The one thing about focusing is that it can be incredibly boring to train however it’s worth it. If you can focus on what you are bored with, with the same intensity of focus as what you are passionate on you would have attained mastery. We need to approach everything we do in life with that level of passion, excitement, and enthusiasm as that allows us to have control over our mind and direct our thoughts where we want them to go. When we direct our thoughts in the areas, we desire we can learn to control the world around us. Akelta has written about this a bit that when we take control of the energies around us, we basically shift the world to our desires. This is where advanced manifestation abilities come in when someone is very focused. Akelta has a friend that is incredibly skilled at manifesting and what he does every day is from the moment he wakes up to his bed time he focuses only on what he wants. Throughout the day he doesn’t allow his mind to detract from those desires or have anything disrupt it.

In fact to demonstrate this Akelta’s mentor was challenged after talking about focusing and how powerful it by his wife. She said “if it’s so powerful manifest a movie star” he had her name one and she decided on an actress from Silent Hill. So he focused on that and they ended up getting invited to an event where once they walked in, they saw that the actress was there, and his wife was stunned. Akelta’s mentor then went up to the actress and casually started talking with her and his wife was amazed by it. Thus, there is so much that can be done with focusing.

When Akelta started to work with her mentor he told her she had to learn how to focus before anything else because she couldn't progress on this path or attain the results she wanted without it. Both of Akelta’s mentors were successful and big in the investment field. Her first mentor who was a theistic Satanist was big in the stock market and her second mentor was keen on real estate investment, so Akelta had a well-rounded perspective of the investment world and in the business world. Her first mentor also had his own business as he had a very keen mind to make smart business choices. In a sense she got mentored in two aspects within the business world and with demons. This mentor also was the one who told her to work with Lord Mammon, but he made sure she knew not to reach out to him unless she was absolutely committed to focus and the development of her path.

The Dot Exercise

Akelta’s mentor thus, started her off with a bunch of focusing exercises. The first one involved a dot. This is where you have/place a dot and stick it on the wall and gaze at it. The goal of the dot exercise is that you want to gaze at it until the everything including yourself ceases to exist and your focus is 100% on the dot as that is all you focus on. The goal and what to assess is how long you can hold this focused state until your mind wanders, and something gets back into your head. When we are putting our full focus on this dot and suddenly a stray thought breaks into our head then that means we have just broken our concentration, so gently move past this thought and move your concentration back into focusing on the dot. When you're working with the dot exercise you want to see how long you can focus before a thought invades your mind.

The dot exercise seems easy at a glance and most people will say yes I can do that but what it requires is very intense focus. That intense focus burns energy and it takes concentration it takes a lot of effort as it's a muscle and practice is key. Some people when they start can't hold their focus even for a minute, so the first goal is to hold the focus on the dot for a minute. Once you get it to one-minute move on to two, then three then four, and so on. They say once you are able to focus for 15 minutes you are in a position where you can do evocations where you call the demon to the physical plane. From there you can craft the space, the altar to create the conditions where they can physically manifest. It's why many ancient practitioners and those that work with demons would train their minds before doing evocations because they could then create situations where they could have physical manifestations. Her mentor actually had a physical manifestation with his succubus and Akelta has been trying to recreate what he did since he passed as he was able to make it so his succubus could physically appear to him. He had an intense skillset which came from his ability to focus and sharpen his mind and direct his attention where it needed to go.

Akelta’s Mentor and Focusing

Having a strong focus means you can focus on the dot for a very long period of time. Akelta's mentors longest record was 21 hours of focusing in this exercise. Akelta’s mentor had his own mentors that guided him. The first of his mentors was a Raja Yogi master and another mentor was a high priest of a theistic Satanic order in Australia, so he had education from both backgrounds. His raja yoga instructor had an event for people with powerful minds to come and focus with the master, so everyone sat and focused and the master did too. If you weren't able to make it to the 4 hours, mark you were asked to leave and never brought back because your focus wasn't disciplined. Akelta’s mentor thus made it to 21 hours in this event, but his mentor stopped at 4 days because everyone was out by then and there was no point to continue but he could focus for a long time. Akelta has also heard of monks that do focusing exercises for 40 days and 40 nights where they will sit and focus and gaze at a candle. It can certainly be trained to be maintained for long periods of time.

Akelta’s mentor loved to strengthen his mind and he loved mathematics as he actually had a degree in it. Another focusing exercise he would do is by seeing how many numbers he could multiple in his head and see how high as well as how quickly he could do it. He would do things like calculate compound interest and see how fast he could calculate probabilities and statistics in his mind. Akelta’s mentor would focus on those different tasks and see how far he could push it. He was committed to focus and he would wake up at 3 am every day because he wanted to be ready by 4 am for his mediation. This hour is also when energetically the body goes through a cleansing cycle so if you do specific meditations at 4am it can flush different toxins and energy out of your body. This can help you stay healthy and vibrant for the day so he would do this and meditate from 4am. Additionally, he would do his enn chanting at this time which is why he had 100,000 repetitions of Mammon’s enn in just a few months because he was so disciplined.

Candle Gazing

There are other focusing exercises than can be done as you don't have to be limited to only the dot. Another exercise would be to practice candle gazing where you sit and gaze at a candle. Focusing is a foundational skill that opens you up to kinesthetic powers and Akelta knows a few people that accomplished this through focusing. One of Akelta's friends' grandmother was an old school witch and she had some incredible abilities. Her ability in evocation was so powerful that her friend’s father one day came home and heard a demon’s voice from down in the basement, and he doesn't believe in these things. Her friend’s father still doesn't believe in it as he denies this happened and won't tell this story unless he gets drunk. This is an example of another level of spirituality and elements that are at a higher level as it allows one to tap into advanced skills where you can do phenomenal things like physical evocations or moving objects with your mind. Her friends grandmother was also skilled and able to move things if she focused, she could make an orb move and roll around on the floor by using her mind but she would have to nap afterwards as she was getting older in age.

With the exercise of gazing at the candle you are to focus on the flame so as you focus you start to connect to the energies of the candle. This will then let you get to a point where you can influence the candle and make it move. You can try to make the flame grower bigger or smaller or try to move it with your mind in this exercise. It's a focusing exercise that incorporates more interaction as you are working on focusing on the candle and then trying to influence the candle with your thoughts. The dot is a pure focusing exercise and the candle involves connecting and directing the energies which is also great for manifestation. Focus is a powerful tool for manifestation if you can direct energy where you want it to go you can cut through obstacles, barriers, and direct manifestation where you desire.

If you don’t want to focus on a candle you can also choose to lie down on your back and focus on your forehead and holding the focus there which can let you connect to your astral body and help you can learn to shift into your astral state.


Eyes Watering

During the focus exercises you have to direct all your attention to the point and let go. Doing so successfully your body ceases to exist, your breathing ceases to exist. When you are focusing you won’t blink however often times people will find that they need to at first. When you gaze at the candle your eyes will likely water in the beginning which is simply meaning that you are detoxing.

Our eyes will stop watering when they are cleansed. Our eyes water when there are toxins and they need to clear, you get to a point though where they don’t water anymore.


Focusing on our Body

By focusing you can also control your body, your immune system, and have control over what goes on inside of you in general. We can also affect our heartbeat through focus. Akelta and her husband have both experimented with this. Before Akelta found her calling she was in nursing school and she was experimenting with the heart rate machines. She was able to lower her heart to the point that her teacher told her to stop as she yelled “she wasn’t supposed to be alive at that rate”. Another example is when Akelta went to the hospital with her husband since he was experiencing chest pains. They were forced to wait for 8 hours and even after Akelta tried to talk to the nurses to find out what was going on they were very rude and told her to go back and wait in the room. Therefore, her husband decided to focus and dropped his heart rate, so it went code blue and that got their attention.

Thus, through focusing it is possible to regulate our heartbeat too. To do so you would focus on breathing and focus on your heart while thinking of relaxing and slowing it down. With this exercise you go internally within yourself and connect with your heart and from there you can slow it down. Breathing deeply helps with it. When you can connect and regulate different parts of your body it’s fantastic as a skill.

How do you keep breathing?

Breathing is regulated by one of our nervous systems so when we are focusing on our body we are naturally breathing. It’s like when we focus on breathing vs. stop thinking about breathing, our automatic nervous system automatically takes over.

Focusing on Chakras

Another way focus can be utilized is by directing our attention to our chakras as it’s good way to stimulate and work with the energies within them. When you focus on your chakras you can connect to the energies, arouse them, and see how well your energies are flowing. For example, when you connect to your root chakra there may be times where you feel pain or stiffness in some areas and that is because the energies are blocked and, in that moment,, you are connecting to it. By focusing you can open the energies, clear the chakras, and work on allowing the energies to flow freely. Connecting to different chakras can assist in different areas. Using the root chakra as an example by connecting to its energies we can activate and connect to the primal passion inside of us as well as our creative energies.

Manifestation Exercise

There’s a great exercise where we can manifest through our root, sacral, solar plexus, and heart chakras. You can focus on what you want and then focus on it being created and crafted in the primal energies of your root chakra and then you can bring it up into your sacral chakra and add the energies of passion, desire, how you’ll feel when you have it. Then bring it up into your solar plexus and infuse it with the energies of divine creation because your solar plexus is the physical chakra that is connected to your crown chakra, which is connected to your divine self. It is your physical divine chakra. From there move it into your heart chakra and into the world. You can focus on your heart chakra for love or your third eye for awakening and stimulating your psychic senses. Also by focusing on your forehead which is where your third eye is located around you can connect to your astral body and astral project (AP). You can also connect to your crown chakra to connect to your higher self and receive powerful messages and images.


Is focus helpful for those that thrive in chaos?

Focus is very orderly. However if chaos is around you one way to thrive in it is to focus on where you want to go and cut through the chaos, so from that aspect yes to not let anything chaotic around you distract you and move through it. You want to take what you need to and go forward, making the best of the situation.

Focusing is a foundational skill so it can be applied to everything. When you are working with chaos magick, creating thought forms, tulpas and working with those sorts of things focusing helps with that as you will have to focus and channel the energies. It helps with crafting and giving life to something. Focusing in general will make you sharper and thus everything in your life will get better as you will be able to handle things better, memorize more, and be stronger. If you focus your energy you can even force your physical body and spiritual body to work together and you can lift heavier things. This is something Akelta would practice all the time as she would will her spirit to her physical body.

Skills and Focusing

If you have natural precognizant abilities, they will get stronger as you focus. When you add focus to any spiritual skill it will get stronger. As you regularly work and practice on your skills and focus it’ll steadily become more ingrained into your life. If you practice focusing consistently it starts to become habitual and more of an instinct within our daily lives, so we naturally get sharper. It’ll be more automatic as you train your mind, and your mind will begin to apply a focused state to all aspects of your life. Thus, any natural skills you have will improve with your focus training, so at times you may experience more visions, results, etc. which shows that it’s improving with it.

Too Much Focusing?

There are no bad consequences for too much focusing as it’s one of the skills you can keep doing. You will keep improving as you focus more and will get better at everything through it. It can be applied to every area of your life. Your physique, your mindset, manifestations, magickal abilities, ability to connect with your companions, etc. will and can improve. Focusing however is also one of the skills that if you don’t continue to practice it, you lose it. Therefore, you have to keep training in focus to maintain it. We can always retrain it back if we lose it, but it’ll require practice and effort.

Focusing is taking control of your mind and directing it where you desire, so as long as you are in control where your mind is going you won’t lose it. The only thing we lose in focus is directing our attention and thoughts if our minds end up wandering and we are distracted thinking into many other different areas. When we are focused though we can direct our mind, so as long as we are choosing what we want to focus on and choosing where they go we’ll be fine.


Focusing vs. Mindfulness

Mindfulness is being present where you are and focusing means to direct your attention where you want it to go. In mindfulness you center yourself and become present so the similarity between the two is that you don’t allow any distracting thoughts in. During mindfulness you are completely focused on the present so there is a focusing component. However, mindfulness has to do with the present while with focusing you can focus on the future, task at hand, your goals, visions, things you want to attain and so on. Mindfulness is useful for our mindset and helping us relax, center ourselves to be calm and happy.


Tools in Meditation?

Akelta enjoys Tibetan bowls and chanting for meditation. Additionally tools that can help with meditation is putting on music or binaural beats. If binaural beats give you a headache you can use something else as you don’t have to use it. Akelta wouldn’t recommend using anything that gives you a headache as it is likely for a reason. She recommends finding tools and methods that won’t cause any headaches. Soothing music, water sounds like waves are useful tools for those that enjoy it.

Why some prefer music over silence?

Some people find that music can tune out stray thoughts which will allow them to focus better. While other people can direct their attention without having to distract stray thoughts with music. It depends on where you are in your practice and what works for you. Akelta prefers silence but if she wants to AP and her mind isn’t cooperating then in that situation she will put on some music.

We all have good days and bad days when focusing so it’s all good if it’s harder to focus one day we just need to figure out how to navigate through any bad days. If we have a bad day, we don’t have to be at the mercy of it as we can take control with enough focus and shift the energies to bend to our will.

Does Environment Effect our Focus?

In actuality we shouldn't be concerned with our environment as a person who is skilled in focus should be able to have a bomb go off next to them and not have their focus broken. The goal is to be so focused that nothing detracts from our focus.

Dark Lords Recommended to Help with Focusing?

Akelta would recommend Lord Azazel as he helped her immensely in her own focus as he pushed and trained her in it. When she would AP to him to work together, she would have to sit in perfect stillness in her astral form. It’s fun because a single thought can teleport you to a different place, so it requires a lot of concentration. Azazel can really help with focus and Mammon in his own way can also help with it. A caveat is that Mammon is big on structure, so you have to focus to work with him.

Kundalini

Kundalini to Akelta is if someone lit the lower half of your body on fire and the energy is flowing, moving through you, and getting stuck everywhere. When kundalini comes across a block it can hurt, so you have to get it out. If you’re feeling odd sensations focus on the energy and explore it to see where it goes and learn more about it. Akelta recommends that if you feel something specific that is consistent that occurs, she would recommend going with it and focus on it to see where it goes. What should be a natural state like connection to ourselves can often feel weird to people. It’s like someone who experienced chronic pain and suddenly they no longer do, so it’s a strange sensation when it should be their natural sensation.

Diet and Focus

Certain foods are very grounding which can help after doing some spiritual work. If Akelta wants to accomplish something her diet consists of water and veggies and when she wants to come down from a spiritual activity, she eats cake and sugar. Pasta is a carb and pretty heavy so it can help ground you down. Chocolate, red meat, steak are other foods that can be used to ground. Akelta considers garlic under a spice category as spice can alter things like rosemary is a sludge repellent and can eliminate sludge. Akelta's rule is if the first ingredient on the box is sugar, she would rethink it. If it's an actual fruit go ahead. For carbonated beverages Akelta would wait until after the ritual to partake on it.

We attain our spiritual skills through dedication, devotion, and training our senses. Diets do count which is why Akelta tries to eat as healthy as possible. She noticed that when she eats crappy food that her spiritual skills slip and she becomes lethargic, not as focused, and not as dedicated to her practice. There are some things Akelta doesn’t partake on as she found it affects her and her skills. Akelta's mentor was similar to her and is one of the reasons why she doesn't partake on certain substances like alcohol, drugs, or coffee.

Alcohol and Offerings

Akelta’s experience with outer spiritual world (OSW) demons is that they do not like alcohol, it’s one thing that clashes with them. Akelta prefers to offer tea as it will not vibrationally impact the OSW connections. Alcohol is an earth vibration and it is tied into natural paths like the pagan path. With OSW and high vibrational demons it clashes with them because it’s a vibrational inconsistency. However, if you work with the pagan gods or Hellenic then they are alright to receive alcohol. It depends on the deity you work with. When it comes to offerings you have to figure out which deity you are working with like if you’re making an offering to Dionysius for example it’s fine to offer wine which is something he would probably enjoy. Whereas if you offered Mammon wine, he might set your house on fire. The process of fermentation is a breaking down within the natural world so it naturally would be an enhancing agent when it comes to the natural world, and gods. It can also be tied in with death gods as fermentation does have a process of disintegration, decay, rot, and changing states.

The vibration of it is why Akelta says do not offer your OSW demon companions or angel’s alcohol. They won’t do anything to you or try to get you to stop drinking but at the same time it clashes with their energy so it wouldn’t be a good offering. Not all demons are from the OSW although, the ones S&S conjures from are within the OSW but there are inner spiritual world (ISW) demons. There are different connections that can be had. OSW demons just don’t like alcohol and won’t support people using it. If you were to drink and be aligned with an OSW demon at that time it would actually knock them away from you. So, a good way to understand this is ISW demons yes, OSW demons no.

An easy way to tell from where the demon comes from is by their views on alcohol. Vibrationally speaking alcohol will not work with OSW demons and cause problems for them while ISW demons by offering it, it may even enhance your ritual. Working with any of the ISW demons, pagan gods and Dionysius are fine with it. While OSW demons if you drink, they won’t join you, but they don’t care if you do as long as you don’t try to force them or put it in their altar as they won’t like that. If you want to drink however it won’t deter them from being your companion though that is fine.


Dream of Fighting your Companions

We don’t need to worry about our companions as they can handle themselves and many often enjoy sparring. A lot of demons enjoy fighting and they can take care of themselves in astral better than we can. They can disappear, move, protect themselves, etc. So we don’t need to be concerned over them.

Hi Everyone- so I've been given the go ahead to post my notes from the tea room chats at least till there are recordings. There have been three so far so I'll post in order of them occurring and post any future ones here. I hand write them first so it won't contain everything, but I try to capture all the major points so I hope it will be found useful. Enjoy!

June 5th -
Building a Strong Communication Foundation with your Companions

Akelta started with an introduction:


When communication happens with our companions it’s a bridge. They lower their vibration and we raise ours to form that connection. Meditation is highly recommended to achieve that state.

Akelta brought up the 21-day bonding rituals they provide through S&S and that even though they are split by exercises per day she mentions you can spend days on just one of the exercises that there are many layers to it.

Discussing the psychic senses

The floor is opened to discuss what each of our strongest senses are, she mentions that hers are clairsentience which has to do with exchanging energy vibrations and being able to see, hear, and receive information through energy and processing it. After clairsentience her next strongest is clairvoyance then clairaudience (which is also one she often tries to learn about from Eilana as it’s her strongest). Akelta said as we get to know ourselves, we will learn what the best way to interact for us is.

When it comes to bonding with companions, she suggested looking for anything that gives you an energetic lock to them and that you can use it before bed to further interact or dream with them.

One of the members talks about clairolfaction the ability to perceive smells of a fire demon she later became aware of and being able to perceive passed relatives perfumes as another sense. Akelta mentioned that she heard about 365 different psychic senses or so, that there is so much depth to uncover.

Clairsentience

Akelta mentioned that clairsentience isn’t always a strong sense for people. Many of the other psychic senses are tied to a physical counterpart for example clairaudience to ears, clairvoyance to eyes, clairolfaction to nose, which makes it easier to practice. She said that precognition, being able to predict future events (as one person talked about experiencing), is often tied in with clairsentience because you’re reading energy which can let you tap into the energy around you thus being able to pick up and “predict” things. Thus, you may start developing precognition as you develop clairsentience.

As a clairsentient and those looking to work with that skill the mind can generally experience two things starting out.
1) be overwhelmed trying to sort through the vibrations
2) feel nothing in the beginning

She said that asking our companions to touch us is a good exercise that she can feel the physical impact of it. That when this occurs their energy is leaving them and ours is leaving us going to them. That even if we don’t hear them completely that they are aware and can hear us.
Another is to ask them to send their feelings/emotions to us and as you work with clairsentience as a skill, you’ll eventually learn to translate those feelings into words, images, etc.

She mentioned that hands have their own chakra points and that is why we can feel so much energy coming from them. She mentioned that clairsentience is also linked to nerves in our body. It was recommended to try exercises of holding out your hands and have your companion place their hands in yours as a way of practicing feeling/sensing their energy.

She suggested grounding as an exercise to sink into the body. She imagines a sound chamber in a merkaba room and to let it raise you up. It’s about working to raise your energy vibration to be able to more closely work with your companions.

Akelta mentioned that the highest number of demons she’s ever interacted with at once was 24. In order to do that she kept having to adjust to their energies and keep being present/aware of all of them, which takes a lot of practice.

Eilana on the other hand is clairaudient and Akelta told us a story about her that in the beginning she couldn’t hear them at all, but she was determined and practiced every day. Eventually she had a breakthrough and could hear them very clearly; she could hear their accents, changes in voice, even when they switched to speak in different languages that at times could sound ancient, and rich. Akelta even mentioned that Eilana beat her number of sitting and communicating with demons in a setting due to her ability to hear so clearly. This is another example of how we all have different skills and strengths when it comes to psychic senses so no one experience will be the same. If we don’t know which sense is strongest to practice with the 21-day bonding rituals and see the ones we feel closest alignment with and keep practicing. She mentions that there are times even her senses aren’t perfect, and she needs a day off, so she’ll simply take some space, get centered and come back to it.

How to tell your thoughts vs theirs?

To this question she replied that the best thing to do is feel the energy flow and fixate on the source. That you can trace it and feel it coming to you when it’s their thoughts versus when it’s coming from you. To take the time to assess and sense it.

As a clairsentient the energy can merge with you and make it hard to distinguish. Thus, she recommends writing it out. Write out what you’re hearing, see, feel and come back to it later if you’re not in the right state of mind. When you’re feeling more balanced go back to them and work with them to feel, talk on what was their words or not. She used the example of physical senses that you can miss things in your daily physical life that you might not notice something with your eyes as you walk down the street or hear everything in a lecture and it’s the same with psychic senses. That it’s not even always perfect for her so to just allow it to be so. Just retap in and reconnect later.

Clairaudience

In the case of clairaudience and speaking of Eilana’s experience Akelta recommended to focus on ears when working with this psychic sense. Basically, you start with one companion for this exercise and you will begin to train your ears to hear.

• Start with yes/no questions something simple and base i.e. how do you like the weather? Do you like tacos? And so on.
• Start simple then grow from there as you learn how to understand what is yes or no through hearing you can ask more detailed questions like what are you doing, etc.

One of the members asked about hearing vibrations with her ears at night and Akelta said it could be the start of tapping into their clairaudience. A question about sleep paralysis was posed and Akelta said that what it was is that the astral body is engaged but bound to physical as the astral mind hasn’t made the connection yet. Akelta said this used to happen to her and that her demons said to focus on her belly button, which fixed it for her.

Language

Another question was posed about reading things in astral and languages. Akelta’s response was that it is translatable by the 3rd eye (some at least), that it takes time to decipher what’s going on. That demons have their own languages and books written in their languages and for us to recognize generally takes quite a bit of practice.

She gave an example of a practice she began of trying to read energies off books and learn its synopsis before knowing or reading about it before hand. That even books have their own energy.
She mentioned that from her demon companions most are fluent in English and other languages that they found it rather easy. Even for them to be able to speak in German which she laughed saying it’s something she should know.

Sleep/Dreams Exercises

She mentioned that when going to sleep the astral body can be stimulated as all the psychic senses are available to us there. She gave an example of an exercise to do:

• Right before bed focus on ears/hearing
• Listen to what you’re hearing (astral body is always there, when you get out you are relying on it)
• Through connecting to your astral self, you can activate other senses that weren’t previously awake

Akelta mentioned an example of when she started as a kid that she was blind at first in the astral realm and that it was through that she was able to stimulate and awaken that sense.
Regarding a question on dreaming Akelta mentioned her routine to connect is:

• An hour before bed unplugs
• Works with imagination as it helps to stimulate dreams if you don’t tend to have them
• Imagine what you desire - fantasize
• Ask questions of your companions, play with the energy
• Having an energetic lock of companion before bed increases chances of the interaction

Mentioned that the times when our demons aren’t attuned to us, they may appear as a black shape and brought up the energetic lock to connect to their energies before sleep to let them connect with you more easily. Dreaming is another sense that can be learned and enhanced.
Another exercise is to count down from 1000 she visualizes it being written on a board then erased and put 999 and continue to count down.

Akelta said she also enjoys keeping a dream journal that when she wakes up, she writes down all that she remembers. That she will read it over later and that it will trigger different things or messages within her.

Also, if you get adept enough in focusing that you can will yourself into an astral dream. She will wake up at 4am as it is one of the best times and perfect for lucid dreaming as you are already in that state and can more easily manipulate it.

Another way to astral project is set the alarm for 6am or 7am and wake up & not use any electrical device like ur phone etc but sit there for around 30 minutes then go back to sleep. While ur falling asleep and almost asleep you'll notice your hands start floating or moving by itself. Once in this stage u can call your companion to pull you out of your body or try to pull yourself out. From then on it's all about focus..just like lucid dreaming if you lose your focus you'll wake up. I noticed when i stop focusing and start thinking "dont wake up" I wake up. But if you just focus and stay concentrated u can stay astral projected as long as u want. I dont know about anyone else but this always works for me.
