When it mentions you energetically reach out your Third eye to your Companion Demon to connect with their energies, what does that mean energetically reach out your Third Eye.

This means different things for different people.

To me it means to reach out with my energy while focusing with my third eye.

Its a personal thing. To me its means getting that warm tingle buzz of excitement in my third eye, and using that to talk to my companions etc.

Personally that means I reach out energetically and try and connect. Maybe visualize or try to connect psychically to the demon.

for me it's a way to say that you are starting to understand how it works and are on your way to accomplish things in regards of communicating with your companion, since you can feel their energy and start to yours and their vibrate on the same level.
