Burned by fire.

I was dreaming I was at work just doing things like normal when I smelled something odd. I looked over to my right and there was a line of small fire to my right.
My first thought was oh crap and I tried using my jacket to quickly put out the flames..
The strange is it was as if the fire actually resisted being put out and I could swear I heard laughter coming from the flames.
I eventually won but I had a few small burn marks near my hands. Nothing extreme just a little bit even in the dream I was a ware something was "off" about the fire's nature...
