That is where you assess yourself first.
When you learn, are you a visual learner, an auditory learner, or a tactile learner?
For visual, do you prefer to read books and manuals to learn?
For auditory, do you prefer to listen to books-on-tape or podcasts?
For tactile, do you have to do something to learn it?
You may have a combination of learning styles, but if you had to pick one, which is your best way to learn something?
That would most likely be the best corresponding psychic skill to start opening up to:
Clairvoyance if you are primarily a visual learner.
Clairaudience if you are primarily an auditory learner.
Clairsentience if you are primarily a tactile learner.
I'll use myself as an example. When I was in school, I learned best by writing notes out of my school books. When I learned how to change a tire for my bicycle, I watched the video straight through first, and then I watched it with the sound off and had my bicycle wheel right there to do it step-by-step and would pause the video on each step. I'm a tactile learner: I learn by doing something physical to learn. Yes, I listen and watch, but I learn best by doing. I'm more naturally clairsentient, I sense / feel psychically.
I hope that helps.
