My only OBE

At the time, I hadn't realized that's what it was. When I was first starting out in my practice I feel like I had a much easier time meditating. Then, life got hard, and I stopped for about six months. Have not been able to fall that deep ever since then. yet, I have an easier time communicating with spirits now. Not a bad trade off I guess?

Back to the topic at hand, though. I was starting my journey through the Qliphoth and I had just done a ritual to enter Naamah's cave. After, I laid back to meditate and take in all the energy. I don't know how far into it I was but, all of a sudden I noticed myself lying on the floor. The floor itself was much more clear then I was and I was also focused on the black bird ( unsure if it was a raven or a crow ) sitting next to my left shoulder.

That and another instance with Lilith are the most noticeable on my Qliphothic journey. Two I still have no idea how to break down. But! If I've done it once then I can do it again. That gives me hope.

I’ve found the Qliphoth to be incredibly powerful and transformative as well. Your experience sounds fascinating. Stress and the demands of life often disrupt my spiritual practices too—oh, the eternal challenge of balancing the mundane with the mystical. But I love your perspective; if you’ve done it once, you can certainly do it again. That’s the truth.
