I'll love to know this too. Azazel and the A ladies were amazing during the surgery, so I can imagine how amazing his DC's are... not to say that they aren't all amazing!!

Azazel controlls 70 legions so there's a commander for every legion. a Legion is a thousand demons.

Am I correct in thinking that a DC usually commands "numbers" of legion............more than one?

From my understanding, I believe any of the DCs (Azazel, Lucifer, etc) can command X# of legions.

I could be wrong, but I would rather have the A-Ladies confirm.

There are vastly more than 70.

The High Ranking Royal Demon Commanders, they do not just control their personal legions they also control Commanders underneath them. It is vast and broad and these numbers can change over time. Some demons rise in rank and others are demoted. It is not a static thing. It is quite dynamic, always changing and flowing. Much like any population.
