Bought it a couple days ago and now I wait for it to be cast
So on a scale of 1-10; if I have zero development, how much is it going to get boosted through this spell?

When we get work done spiritual. I didn't think it would be permanent. If the satanic orb spell is cast, then can you be passive and forget to activate what you have? The orb will activate on its own?

Yes, it works both passively and when you want to work with it, hence my words "grows with you".
