I am getting better at this I think! It will be interesting in a year to watch the first youtube video I did and see how far I have come. This is the second video. A discussion on where to begin when you are starting out on any spiritual path! I hope you all enjoy! I am aware it is quieter, I have been working on that and will be working with different software to increase the sound volume. It is a work in progress.

Yes, I did mention that I was working on the sound.

Just watched the second video and I loved it I for one really need to hear that as I have terrible focus and I can't ground myself for the life of me.... basically I still have a long way to go and I really need to start taking action I will admit I've been lazy at times but I know this is a serious path and all other paths of mine require a lot of attention as well....

I hear ya about the focus. I'm learning that I need to be very succinct in my prayers/requests lest I ramble on or even, embarrassingly, doze off. (medication keeps me drowsy)
But I guess that's the point, to learn to implement intent with laser-like focus, even if it seems brief. Time could gradually be expanded upon.
On the flip-side, for me, as an earthy person, I seem to be *too* grounded and my shields set to "maximum" which may be why I can't sense anything. I used to practice shielding and grounding exercises because that was all I knew to do, there was nothing to balance it out. Now any attempts to feel energy of any sort is frustratingly out of reach.

LOVED it! I loved the book recommendations, you looked good, the pace was right, and the screen effects were very cool! I can't wait for the next one!
