Youtube Video : Mental Mastery

This is the last foundational youtube video of this series! It is on Mental Mastery which is one of my favorite ones and also one that I have found I personally have been called to revisit. This video was a lot of fun to do and I hope you all enjoy it!

I loved this video on my favorite topic. Over and over again, I keep getting the message that it is all about my energy and focus! What am I giving my energy to? To a bad situation, or to working towards and visualizing my dreams? What do I focus on? Don't give energy to your miseries and pain! Give it to the friends who support you, to having a great time in life, and to enjoying yourself. AVOID the things you don't want! Its as simple as that. If your sister sends nasty messages, laugh, let it go, and make a better life! The best revenge is to live well. Cut her out of your life if you have to. You do NOT need to stay around toxic people or controlling narcissistic people. Focus on working hard with your demons. They are the least toxic people I know!

This is so true SH and this is a lesson that I myself had to learn as well. I was challenged to revisit my own mental mastery and that is exactly the lesson. Give your energy to those who support you and build you up. I have been doing a lot of pondering on things and the next layer of S&S's growth and I want it to be that. I want to worry less about the little things and focus on building and doing what I want. I have so many goals and so many things I want to do, I honestly don't have time to worry about what people who just want to bring me down are doing.

That is so true. The best revenge is success! ^_^

I have an idea for a video. How about doing one on discovering your true self and learning about those connections. I have noticed that childhood passions and things we find fascinating reveal clues as to who we are, and as you've mentioned in the past, all the answers/ pieces are there, we just have to learn to recognize and pay attention to them. Another thing to add to that would be the discoveries and breakthroughs of connecting new pieces and how that opens new doors to information and experiences, as well as new abilities, skills, and other things. Etc. etc.

I was also hoping if you can make a visualization video as well and probably explain the difference between imagination and visualization. I have a huge imagination but i'm not sure how to really visualiz all that much all I know is that it requires a lot of focus.

That is a great idea for a video and I noticed that as well! It was like my child self was tapping into these elements and leaving me clues. When I look back at things growing up from my childhood I see the trail I left for myself. I love that moment too. When everything aligns and it is like you have a moment of pure revelation. Like your mind opens up and suddenly something makes so much sense. Those are the moments I live for. I am marking these ideas down as they are all amazing!

You are very welcome! I am so glad it was what you needed right now. I can do that, that is another great video topic. When we visualize it does make use of the imagination. It is when we use our thoughts to direct where our imagination goes instead of just letting it wanted. With visualization you would project into your imagination yourself, then see yourself walking down a corridor to a door. On the other side of that is your higher world. So you would visualize yourself opening the door and stepping through. The imagination is used often for visualization so they do work together, but I will do a video on it because it is an amazing topic.
