The best way to listen to this meditation is through headphones in a relaxed position.  You can lay down and close your eyes, or you can gaze at the sigil on the screen.

This is meant to be a relaxing meditation to help you connect with the energies of Lilith through her enn.  

This sigil is our Coven's Personal sigil that we use when connecting with Lady Lilith.

It reminds me of the personal sigil you did for me, for some reason. That makes sense, since I have Crypt Vampire blood. I love and respect Lady Lillith.

I believe I felt my demonic horns atop my head while playing this and connecting to Lady Lilith's enn. I feel that the message is to be more confident of who and where I am going forward. And to be proud of my heritage. A lot of times we hesitate and feel inconfident of ourselves because of our heritage and what it may mean in this world against the societal norms etc etc. Too much doubts and fear paralysing ourselves.

So thank you Akelta. This is my first time connecting with Lady Lilith and her energy feels incredible.

That does make sense as Lilith is a Vampire so there would be a resonance in energies ^_^ Me too, she is wonderful to work with!
