Geez well that weibo site is hard to navigate ... I couldn’t find the video anywhere else but through Torrilla.
It’s a deleted scene available from the digital version of the movie. I don’t know if it will be on the Blu-ray.

Good grief the edit window is short. If you scroll through Torrilla’s page you can find it. Loki gets trapped in a port-a-potty! And there are other new gag scenes, behind the scenes pictures and gifs throughout. Though if you haunt Twitter you may see there as well.
