Predatory Energy is a primal energy, is can be is the darker energy frequencies and demons and other dark entities can be incredible predatory, like vampires, but so can animals. It is a primal energy that is very connected to the root chakra and our own essence of survival. Predatory nature is another area of explorations and very broad in itself to study and work with. Natural Darkness can be predatory, as can Demonic Darkness.

If you don't mind, can you give some example of solo exercises, or at least minimal entity involvement, on the following:
1. how to prevent, remove, and treat false darkness and sludge darkness
2. how to feel, gather, cultivate, maintain, and control the natural darkness and also demonic darkness

Which can be in the form of meditation, affirmation, visualization, or ritual, and can be performed by beginner too?
I found one ritual in the internet about black flame etc, but I'm not sure if it's for beginner, and also which darkness the ritual is for...

A: One easy one is a relaxing rosemary bath. Rosemary is a powerful sludge repellant, also a sea salt mist is another way to cleanse the area of sludge energy. There are so many different types of cleanses out there I recommend researching them and finding the one that is best for you.

A : Practise, honestly that is the best answer I can give, we all have our own darknesses and not everyone is going to have the same types of darkness so the best way is to meditate and learn about your own energies, do shadow work and connect to your own darkness and learn to work with those energies and really do the work to explore and learn about yourself.

I really enjoyed these descriptions of the types of darkness. It really has helped me to understand a few things that may have happened in my life, and the imbalances that may have contributed to such events. I have discovered that if a person has to PROVE something to me, then I am NOT wanting to buy what they are selling! Truth is usually self-evident, and I do not need to be sold on it! Thus, I have REALLY enjoyed these teachings, and look forward to more. That is why I am here; to LEARN, and not to be badass or prove I can handle being around demons, and not just to become rich or get revenge on my enemies, but to be cleansed of the energies I don't want and choose to allow others to come into my life. I am here to humbly learn from demons as friends and beings of divine beauty! I really hope that they might learn a bit about me and from me as well.
