Exciting action/horror/SF dreams

Would like to read your opinions about these i have every single night. 
I never feel fear in them even if it is fact that i have low self esteem in real life. Sometimes i'm leader of big group in them and saving people from destruction around us. Sometimes just individual who is fighting against criminals, sludges (mistaken for demons before), zombies, enemies etc. I'm always winner in these fights and if i'm leader my group is always saved.
In my dreams i can also fly without difficulty and explore another planets and star systems.
Sometimes i can defeat my opponents by mind power too making them become what i want - less destructive or just calm, or sometimes i can mind-persuade them to fight. Etc.
That's what confuses me a bit as completely insecure in herself person in reality. I'm not coward all the time, i'm fighter but such self insecurity still could blockade my "big boss" dream experiences normally...
