What exactly means the condition without any thought (during that kind of meditation)? I am trying hard to achieve that but the farest i came for now is awareness of present moment with full focus at something, and one thought which just can't stop: "Don't think! Don't think! You should not-to-think." :D
I have tried to relax and ignore that tought, but it was still there, and another started to appear in this relaxed condition too, unfortunately...
Any advice please? :)

Don't try to stop yourself from thinking, at first that's going to be pretty impossible.

Let the thoughts come and go, just try to not spend a lot of time on them and they will eventually leave your mind.

It takes practice so start out slow and meditate for a short amount of time and work your way up.
