Energy Vices

According to the report from my chakra cleansing and balancing with Lord Azazel and Lord Uphir, I had an energy vise on both my throat and heart chakras. Where do these vises come from? Can they be self imposed due to trauma or beliefs, or are they always caused by others in the form of abuse, bindings, or curses, or something else?<br/>
