A vpn is what people use in an attempt to either hide their identity, or to access websites or videos not available to your country
but it’s ever changing, so for example if you’re from croatia your IP shows that it’s from croatia. you can use a VPN which masks your IP and displays a new IP. and your new IP can be from like finland, the US, germany or russia!
