I just wanted to say thank you for the video it was an eye opener. I never considered myself to grounded I always thought i had a hard time grounding myself because I have a scatter brain and I do tend to spend a lot of time daydreaming and imagining...I lack focus most of the time but everything you stated in the video describes me. I spend a lot of time in the physical because I can't astral travel or go on spiritual journeys with my family or immortals. That's not to say i'm not aware of the billion of other beings out there I just have a difficulty having actual experiences with them. When I imagine though i usually imagine myself in other forms and in other worlds because i'm also a storyteller, so in my head I've gone on billions of adventures but I don't believe those can be considered actual spiritual experiences. How can someone tell if they had an actual spiritual experience and if a spirit, entity, immortal, etch....has made contact with them or if they actually traveled to another world/dimension?

Thanks that answers a lot.
But has eating to much also to do with being to grounded?
I`m mean eating heavy stuff like meat instead of salad.
So that you accidently ground you self to such all the time.

That is a great video! I did not know the third eye was connected to imagination. I often wondered with my daughter could see spirits but my son could not. He never has had much of an imagination. Another perfect video to go into the LHP folder for later use :devillove:
