This is the next youtube video in the spiritual foundation series. I have one left of the spiritual foundation set after this then I am going to do some more videos on demons and working with and connecting with them! I hope you all enjoy this video!

Thank you Akelta . I Love the New Video on Focusing that's Something that . I Have never was good at as a Child things have improved some for me but it Still could be better, I Will take the Tips that you gave in this Video on learning new ways of Focusing also .. I am Looking forward to all the Other Enn chanting Videos

Thank you so much velle! My mentor always use to say that focusing can always be improved. I work to improve my focus always because it is one of those skills that one can always do better on. I am so happy that you enjoyed the videos!

I can focus better with my eyes closed. If they are open too long without blinking, they will burn and water and mess up my concentration. Have you any exercises to improve focus with your eyes closed.

You did say stare at the dot for 10 minutes without blinking right? Or am i just being a fool?
