Cheeky visitor

I promised a story, but it's a long story and at the moment I'm floored by some bug, a bit feverish and my energy levels are on the lower side. So I figure I'll share my recent dream instead, for the time being, until I get around to write something big.

I'm sitting in a comfy armchair in what seems like some old small library, red oak furniture. Entire room sinking in cozy twilight. Maybe I'm reading something or chilling and in front of at arms reach sitting her. She is observing me. I feel like I should know her, she feels familiar, but I can't remember. I can see her face clearly. She is not somebody of extraordinary beauty in any way, yet quite attractive non the less. Dark shoulder length hair, pointy nose gracefully decorated with few freckles here and there, and that flirty gaze in her eyes. Her skin radiance youthful energy, yet I can certainly feel ages of wisdom underneath it all. "Who are you? What are you?" A moment later and she is right in front of me, floating and wrapping around me like a levitating serpent, so close I can feel the warmth of her skin yet never actually touching me. What a tease. I don't react, I just observe and try to remember anything about her, but I have nothing. Then she comes, or rather floats, around with her face close to mine, with her lips aligned to mine, so close, just a pinch away yet still not touching, still not crossing some invisible boundary. Then I lost my patience and kissed her. I grabbed her and pushed her back to her armchair, now with me leaning on her with my arms around her. She don't seem to be surprised one bit. "Who are you? So you want to play?" I asked her. She is in my domain after all, I'm the kind here, or so I thought. But suddenly she just vanished out of my arms like a smoke and reappeared behind me, sitting now in my chair while I'm in hers. She is looking at me with her cheeky smile "We must be careful not to cross the red lines, dear", and she's pointing to the floor. I look and I see red or orange warning labels on the floor in circles around me and her:
▓▓▓▓▓ Do not cross ▓▓▓▓.

I kinda did. She teased me in to it, just to run away right away. Such a teaser. But she got me windup a bit, I kept thinking of her whole day and still have no clue where did that projection came from.. I never met anything even remotely similar, neither physically nor astrally. But I gotta track her down

Indeed. She certainly didn't feel like anything of this world. I'm yet to see mortal able to shift from place to place with such grace.

Probably not a "mortal". But as long as you never felt threatened I'd say not to worry about it and have some fun.

Eh I think I finally got the message (I'm a bit slow, I know). I think she was send by one of the dark lords to check on me. To politely ask to respect some boundaries.
I just fear, being klutz that I am, I might need some regular supervision. I hope she'll come by more often.

Nothing yet, apart from wrecking forum once or twice accidentally. Maybe they were keeping an eye on me and realised this dog's abilities slightly surpass his intelligence, and it might be good idea to pay an early visit. I tend to ignore warning signs, open doors I shouldn't, push buttons I shouldn't etc. Alice kicked me out of her domain the last time coz of that. So I guess they are just asking me to try my best and not to break anything important, and stay clear of any big red buttons etc
