Hello everyone!
As I've seen many exciting reviews about Lord "Uphir Third Eye attunement", I decide to take mine and log my experiences here, hoping to retribute what you guys have shared with me and learn more from you all.
A little background: since I was a kid, I've been trying to get involved with magick and meditation, being clairvoyance one the most wanted skills I've ever tried to develop. I've never been successful in magick nor in developing my psychic senses, even though I had a phase where I had a good level of clairsentience and a bit of clairvoyance, but they were because of a specific moment I as living; not stable and now practically gone. I consider myself a good meditator though.
My Third Eye attunement is schedule for next December 4th, when I intend to come back and show the initial results.
I’m very diligent, thus I intend to dedicate to the exercises intensely. Problem is, most of the exercises demand a companion/familiar spirit to practice with and I don’t have any yet. I’m trying to figure out which one I’ll try to be familiar with.

So, I was supposed to have my surgery done 2 nights ago. If it really happened, I didn't feel anything during (I was sleeping) nor after it. Didn't get any e-mail about it either.
I'm not willing to send an email to the priestesses before some weeks have passed, because that would make their burden even heavier, as I know they're always very busy. On the other hand, I've been anxious to know the results.
Questions for those who have had this attunement: How long does it take for us to get the write up? How does the process work?

Yes! I tot an answer from them saying that.
During the surgery I was sleeping and didn't feel anything.
The following day, I felt very slight twinges of pain, for several minutes, on the left side om my head. Can’t assure it was because of the attunement, but I suspect it was.
6 days have passed since the surgery and I still don't feel any difference in my spiritual senses. I'm afraid it won't work for me, as I'm a very serious case.
Been trying to develop my spiritual senses since I was a kid, without results. 
Regardless of that, I'm starting the exercises today and stick to them at least for a couple of months.
Anxious to get the write up. When I get it, I'll return to post it.

1 - FIRSTLY LET'S SEE THE WORK DONE DURING THE SURGERY.
Area: Third Eye Chakra Spiritual Layers.
Assessment: Rip in the chakra, 4 tears, 5 broken pathways, 34 blocks.
Work Completed: The first thing Uphir worked on was the massive rip in the chakra which was causing a huge energy bleed. Once the rip was repaired we were able to fill the chakra and revive it’s depleted energies. There were also 4 small tears that we uncovered which Uphir repaired using a gentle energy weaving technique. He also worked to repair the broken pathways that were found in the chakra. Once they were repaired we ran white energy through them to open them up and open the flow of energy through them. We then worked through the chakra removing the energy blocks and opening up the chakras energies so that everything was flowing smoothly and freely.
Area: Connection Points.
Assessment: 6 blocked connections, 2 broken connections, sticky energy, 3 dormant connections, 7 blocks.
Work Completed: Uphir worked with the blocked connections to clear them and open them up. Once the blocks were removed we ran white energy through the connections to remove them and open up the energy flow. Uphir repaired the two broken connections using a special weaving technique to strengthen them. We used a white and blue energy to clear the sticky energy and focus the flow of energy within the connections. Uphir then worked with the dormant connections to activate them and open up the flow of energy so that they could support the third eye chakra in translating and interpreting the spiritual energies. We worked through the connection and removed the 7 blocks that were found.

Work Completed: There were some blocks between the crown chakra and the pineal gland. We removed the blocks and opened up the flow of energy, bringing the golden energies down and working to infuse them within the pineal gland.
Area: Pineal Gland.
Assessment: Sticky energy, 5 blocks.
Work Completed: There was more of the sticky energy that was found within the pineal gland. We cleared it using a gold and blue energy to focus the energy as well and open up the golden energies from within the gland. We then cleared the blocks that were found within the gland and did a deep infusion of golden energies to open up its natural energies, connecting them to the other chakras so that they can support the third eye in translating and interpreting the spiritual energies.
Area: Mind.
Assessment: False darkness, hazy energy, unfocused energies, disconnection from the chakra, 6 blocks.
Work Completed: There was a lot of false darkness that was around the mind. We worked with the energies to clear away the false darkness using a white and blue energy. There was also hazy energy which was disrupting the energies, we cleared that using a blue focused energy. This blue energy was also used on the unfocused energies to focus them. Uphir used a special technique to repair the disconnection from the chakra and open the energy channel so that it flowed into the mind. We cleared the six blocks in the mind.
2 - NOW AN OVERVIEW OF THE PRIMARY COLORS OF THE THIRD EYE.
Green: The green energy that is around his third eye is connected to the heart chakra. There is an alignment there and though there are blocks between the connection, the heart chakra helps the chakra to empower the physical psychic senses. João has the ability to train his psychic senses so that they work with and are aligned with his physical senses.
Gold: There is gold energy here that comes from the flow of divine source. There is a connection here to the higher vibrations of the upper spiritual realms. He can tap into these energies for manifestation and abundance creation.
Purple: The purple energies are aligned with his natural psychic abilities. The energies are a little dull as he is not fully connected to his skills and talents and the chakra is a little drained of energy due to an energy bleed. We will work to fix this.
Silver: The silver energy is a darker shade of silver and is connected to his dark energy and the balance within him. He has ties to the abyss and ties to the underworld regions of the spiritual world. He has skills in communicating with the deceased and receiving insights from the ancestors.
Indigo: The indigo energies are advanced attunements and advanced growth of the self. He has energies in him that push him to the next stage of human evolution and will help him to really take his skill to the next level.
Elements
3 - THE UNIQUE ELEMENTS OF THE THIRD EYE.
Underworld connections: He has connections to the underworld and will be able to translate and interpret messages from those who have passed and receive insights from the ancestors and those who have died.
Abyss Connections: He can translate and read the energies of the abyss and make sense of the world that is down there. There is great potential for transformation, growth and shadow work.
Physical/Etheric Balance: With the connection to the heart chakra he has a very balanced energy for working with spiritual energies in a physical sense, this will help him with manifesting and also working to increase the abilities of his physical psychic senses.
4 - THE PSYCHIC SENSES REPORT.
The psychic senses report is big, containing 19 items. It says I have 7 senses awakening and 12 active, including the ones I consider more important, like clairvoyance, clairsentience and clairaudience.

MY COMMENTS
- The write up contains 22 pages; obviously I won't reproduce everything in here.
- About 45 days have passed after the surgery and I still don't see any difference in my astral senses. I'm still wondering if I will get results along time or if I'm a lost case and won't awaken my spiritual senses at all.
- I think when I was practicing the exercises, my bronwyn angel (the unique spirit I have) never came to help me with the exercises (I'm convinced she’s been helping me with other stuff though). Thus, I'm considering getting a demon commander as I know those guys are very powerful and could help me with that, starting by the 21 days attunement.
- I sent an email to the ladies asking some questions, but if you, experienced guys, would like to give some suggestions, I'd be glad to hear them.

Nice to see the revamped third eye surgery 
Big changes do not happen overnight and I would suggest not to rush with developing your skills. Be patient, calm and open and you will see your skills unraveling before your eyes.
I feel like you are getting a commander to help open up your senses, which is not a bad idea necessarily you just have to work very hard for them as they expect hard work from your end.
Other demons of different ranks can also assist you in opening your senses, and it does not mean that they are weaker than a commander. I have a Divinity/Hellborn King who has helped me open up very well and I receive messages and signs from him that I am doing well lol
Though, if you do feel called to a commander then, by all means, go ahead and heed the call
If you do not have a demon companion yet I would suggest inviting a Divinity demon to your life as they are great mentors (you can ask for a custom who is a mentor from the ladies), they are super patient and love to help you with anything.
This is just my opinion : )

I had forgotten about the Divinity demons as I had only read something about them on the forum, but they are not listed on the website shop; it's necessary to use the search resource to find them out. As you stated, their description says they are very newcomer friendly. Perhaps they are a good match for me.
I sent an e-mail to the ladies and I'm still waiting for their answers (they must be overloaded, as they’ve been taking much longer to respond), after what I shall make my decision, but I'll consider a Divinity demon too, surely.
I made a promise to do everything I can to develop my spiritual senses in 2019. I'll keep going, until I get there or realize it won't happen. The year has just began!

No problem ^^ good that you sent the ladies an email because I saw also that some demon race listings were hidden. I will agree that a procedure like that is gonna take a long time to ''kick in'' as it were.
The exercises offered though are invaluable I believe.
Keep doing them and pace yourself. Patience is a virtue! You will get there!
