My demons have been very vocal about self-care. It is something that has puzzled me fora while because I was like "How am I not doing self care" and then realizing that even when it appears that I'm doing for myself, it is at the core it's not.
"Oh I am spending money on things I want"
For my gods and demons.
"Oh I am enjoying a bath"
Meagering shuffling myself into a tub without real indulgence that I want.

Meanwhile not feeding myself correctly or actually doing anything that I need to do for my own mental/emotional/physical welfare....these are all included in selfcare that's easy to dismiss or even overlook.

Yes, healthy self-care can be quite a challenge.

I get little nudges at times and suggestions. The demon companions are great at that.

And beware, if you ask your companions for help for making healthy choices, you'll get their help even when you think you don't want it. 'maybe you shouldn't eat that entire bag of cookies?' LOL
