If you buy a custom conjure of a particular species and in spite of searches a suitable match cannot be found what happens then?
Refund? Store credit? Keep looking without an end date?

I feel that it is highly unlikely that this will happen. A calling (like sending out your energies as well as characteristics that are looked for in the companion) can reach far and wide. As such, in the wideness of that specie's realms and the vast amount of demons of that species, there has to be at least a few for you that answers the call wanting to be with you and fitting the characteristics in the call as well. From then on it is finding the best fit within the ones who show up and then further vetting, scroll and binding of that one particular demon. :)
