In my entire life, THIS is the tool that has helped me the most, and I wanted to tell all of you about it. I was digging in the bookcase yesterday and found it. My own personal version that had sat front and center on my desk, next to a set of 12 colored pens for many months, and every day I opened it and wrote what I was grateful for and looking forward to. When I saw it today, I realized that if it had not been for this little thing, I would probably not be here now, and would be in a heck of a lot worse shape if I was. Please believe me when when I say this is the most powerful magick! Because I was doing THIS, Shiva came to me, and I was given a way out of a tough spot! I am sure it directly contributed to my finding CH, and eventually HERE. I cried when I saw it and realized. No one has ever really helped me in my entire life ....but with THIS I helped myself! If you use it every day without fail, I KNOW it can help anyone to help themselves to a better, more positive life. That said, I am picking another one out, and starting in again, this time with the firm knowledge that it DID help me, and it will again! In Gratitude, ~~~Satan's Hellcat.

I'm glad you found something that helped you so much. Those gratitude journals and things similar to them seem hokey at first, but they truly can help us to get into a better mindset rather than one of constant lack. I'm thinking I should get one of those, myself; I'm just so terrible at journalling and remembering to keep it up over time! I do so well the first week or so, and then I just fall right off the wagon, haha.

It sounds like it worked wonderfully for you, though. Kudos on being strong enough to lift yourself up out of the pit with discipline and just one or two small tools. You've certainly come a long way.

That is awesome SH! It is great that it helped you in tough times. Gratitude journals are amazing tools to shift one's vibration. I don't keep one myself, but listing 5 things I'm grateful for every morning when I wake up and every night before going to bed is part of my daily practice.
